What is a premium removals service?

Our premium moving service is a quality service that eliminates the uncertainty and stress involved in a move, whether it is your family home or a business relocation. That’s why we offer you an expert personal assistant who understands your needs and has solutions for your specific circumstances. Once your bespoke service is ready, we will comply with the agreement, ensuring order, cleanliness, discretion and confidentiality.

Do you take care of cleaning both the point of departure and arrival of the move?

Yes. We clear away all the materials and debris after the work is finished. We don’t use a specialised team of cleaners, but this is the way we are and we do things to keep everything clean and tidy, with attention to detail.

How much does a premium move cost?

Each quote is different, because it is a bespoke service, adapted to the needs of each move and client. We prepare our quotes after visiting in person. This initial visit is free within a radius of 30 km of our offices in Barcelona. But if this is not possible, we can base our estimate on photos and videos.

How long will it take you to prepare my quote?

You’ll have your quote within two days of the meeting and visit.

Do you only do premium moves?

We do turnkey premium moves of all types and for all sizes of property. It’s how we do things that makes us different from other movers in Barcelona. Do you only do removals in Barcelona?

Most of the removals we do are from or to Catalonia, Aragon, Valencia, Andorra and the Balearic Islands. However, we can do premium removals to and from anywhere, working with an international network of trusted partners. Will you obtain the permits and customs and municipal formalities for my move?

Yes. Taking care of the formalities for your move is part of our job.

Why do you need so much information, such as the exact addresses of the properties to provide me with a quote?

We need this information to provide you with a bespoke removals service tailored exactly to your needs, to avoid surprises and last minute surcharges. If there is a work of art, a piano or a ceramic collection, for example, we need to know about it so we can put together the right team for you. If you have very large items, we need to know so we can bring a lifting platform. If there are several floors or specific architectural needs in the buildings where the homes or offices are, we must also know so we can bring along all the necessary tools.

Will you sign a confidentiality agreement for my move?

Yes. It is not unusual for company managers, private clients, diplomats and athletes to ask us to sign these types of agreement. Our legal department will take care of everything.

Is there a solution to adapt the furniture from one home or office to another?

Yes. It is not unusual for some of your furniture not fitting into your new space. Our specialised workforce can adapt and assemble the furniture in your new home or workplace.

What is the disassembly and assembly service for premium moves?

We put together a suitable team for your specific needs. Our workforce includes specialised carpenters, plumbers and electricians to provide this service. The service focuses on excellence and is provided by a highly trained, specialised team: designer lamps, works of art, pictures, curtains, furniture, connected workstations…

What is the profile of your removals staff?

All removal workers have legal qualifications and are trained in the necessary techniques to handle, disassemble, assemble and transport all the furniture, pieces and accessories involved in a comprehensive move. They understand the economic and financial value of these pieces: designer pieces, art, fashion, collections, antiques, computer equipment and sensitive documentation. Their experience and qualifications enable us to guarantee that all your belongings will be treated specifically and professionally.

Will you supply boxes and packaging materials for my move?

Yes. We will supply all the boxes and packaging materials you need for a safe move. We provide everything from the most general to the most specific, as well as bespoke packaging when necessary. In the case of the boxes, we can lend or sell you both standard and special sizes for your clothing and other belongings.

Will my belongings be insured when I move?

Yes. Each removal service has the appropriate public liability, transport and storage coverage. If you need additional coverage to this insurance, we can also provide this for works of art or sensitive business materials, for example. Whatever you need for your move, we can provide it.

Do you have storage facilities?

We offer a service to store and safeguard your furniture, pieces and personal belongings when circumstances require it. A renovation is often required when you move house, as is a long journey between the origin and the destination. And there are endless circumstances that can prevent you from moving out of and moving in on the same day. All your property will be safe in our furniture warehouse, all day, every day.
